Sweet Gingerbread Houses, but Don't Eat Them

Why? You ask.

Because these adorable abodes are made completely with polymer clay! Yep, you heard me right! An artist by the name of Sharon Sahl at SOS Designs makes these gingerbread houses, including all the embellishments, and other ornaments and such.




This year, she made 10 Christmas cottages, ranging in price from $195 to $255. Oh, I know, that sounds like a lot, but not when you see what intricate detail she puts into them. She has to have spent many hours on each one. And, I tell you what, they are selling FAST!!!


Look at the details on this! All the candies, pretzels, gingerbread folks are made from polymer clay! I find that amazing! But really, these pictures don't do them justice. The site doesn't say what size they are, but I'm guessing probably around 10 to 15 inches, which just makes them that much more incredible!
